Haku sushi catering

Huge credit to my friend that recommended TJ and his catering company Haku Sushi Catering. Wanted to order something special for our friends birthday party who absolutely loves sushi. So glad we went the route we did, because TJ knocked it out of the park. First and foremost I have to say that everything that touched the table was beyond delicious!! I kept telling myself this is the last trip, just to find myself loading more onto my plate. The birthday boy himself didn’t leave any room for cake lol. Every bite was so fresh and so flavorful. Not only that, we were very appreciative of the fact that TJ was willing to accommodate the diet restrictions of the few vegans we had in our group. WOW!!! What an experience!! TJ was so easy to work with and made our sushi party one of the best parties we have had. We did an end of school sushi party for 20 4th graders and they LOVED it. His attention to every detail is noticed not only in the presentation of the sushi but also in his professionalism. Thank you TJ for an amazing party. Tj is great! The sushi was served fresh and was amazing. The portions of rice and sushi was beyond spectacular, I got his premium package that includes any sushi requested and sashimi. Before we finalized the sushi we got to test the sushi to see witch ones we like, he brought lots of sauces and spices and the food looked incredible. His personality and was great making the party more fun and amazing and if I could I would add way more than just 5 starts He catered for around 15 people at a party in LA Would highly recommend

I appreciate how communicative JT was about his sushi services. His responses were quick and detailed. He was able to accommodate my budget and provided beautiful platters of sushi for the event that I was hosting. I would highly recommend him for any large party events.
