Habaneros Mexican Grill

Prompt and great service! Everything came out in a timely manner. We were very impressed by our meal. The pollo jalisco was amazing and the presentation excellent. We also enjoyed the sangria.

There were maybe 7-8 tables easting when we went. It was later in the evening so they were mostly empty. We were seating quickly and they brought our drinks. It took us another 20 minutes to flag someone down to take our order. Another 25-30 min for the food. Me and my girl spend the rest of the evening in the bathroom. I won't be going back any time soon. Im hoping we just caught them on a bad day and this isn't how they normally operate.

I recently went with a group of 8. I expected the gratuity fee to be added. 33% gratuity is Absurd! My bill was nearly $36 and the gratuity was 11.78 ! When I brought it up to the waitress she became rude and told me I had to pay it. Even the manager had an attitude about this! It was on all of our bills. They finally reduced it to 20 percent. Which is somewhat acceptable but the horrible service made it unacceptable as well! The food took over an hour (only 5 meals were ordered) Other patrons came and ordered and ate and left before we’ve received drinks (soda and waters)! Horrible experience!

This team always gives 100%. They even let me bring my dog to sit outside and eat with because we had just put her sister down. Very accommodating and made a plate for my dog too. We were in a depressive state so of course great Mexican food and margaritas were a must. Service was on point, as always. The food has never disappointed!

This menu item is amazing! Add mushrooms spinach and jalapeños With a side of cheese dip and jalapeños!
