H-E-B Curbside Pickup

Please fix your curbside traffic set up. You have cars entering from 4 different spots, causing huge traffic backups. Causes a safety issue, and lots of people get heated due to the long lines and people cutting the line.

Shout out to all the hard working young people that load my car every day. I was laid off from my last job a month ago. I'm about to leave for truck driving school. I'm delivering groceries so I can afford two month with out income while at school. I've been delivering 7 days a week, 12 hrs a day to achieve my goals. I see alot of these hard working young peace. They all have a great attitude and are a pleasure to work with. Thank you ! Thank you Hutto HEB for continuing to load my deliveries and not adopting the self load policy. I will no longer accept deliveries from 3750 gattis school.

I like to tip the workers, don't you??? Always tip so to make sure to have great workers. Thank you HEB! Your app is great and still adding more products. Your staff is always so friendly and helpful. I just love my HEB Hutto. Thanks for being the best in Texas.

I love Heb curbside at this location because they hardly ever miss anything from my list. I go here 2-3 times a week and out of those times they get my order right almost over half of the time. I always place my order with no substitutions and I like how they always find what I asked for and do not substitute anyway. Like some other stores I have been to. Thank you for paying attention to detail and fixing my order whenever needed which is not that often.

I love HEB Curbside Pickup!!! It is super convenient when you don't have time to run in and do all your weekly shopping. There have been a few times where my pick up order didn't get put in the queue and I wound up waiting a super long time before reaching out for help to one of the HEB employees. Don't be like me and wait over 30 minutes before asking. The employees are all friendly and fast. They are responsive if there's an item you don't want, or need more of - they're empowered to act on the spot to tweak your order, which I appreciate. HEB - keep doing you!
