My experience with this business (Shaina?) was VERY different from all of these other reviews. I called her Thurs morning to try to set up a time to meet and get a paper notarized. She answered the phone and sounded super busy (makes sense. Been there before, myself) and was unable to meet that day. No worries, we quickly found a time that worked for us both the next day, Friday, at 3pm. I confirmed the local Hutto address with her, that I would be driving to. I showed up at 3pm on Friday. There was a car in the driveway and a couple of little dogs outside in the yard barking at me as I arrived. I knocked on the door…twice. No answer. I called. No answer, so I left a message to call me back if it was best to reschedule, or if she’d just like to come to me later instead. I never heard back

I called Shaina on a Labor day holiday and she responded to my call when all notaries were closed. She arrived in 20 minutes and it was a pleasure having her expertise handle my document needs. She was very professional, polite, efficient and low cost. I highly recommend her and will be my to go person from now on.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we were provided. Shaina answered my call at 10:15 in the morning for an urgent notary need at 11:00 ON A SATURDAY. (UPS' notary was expired and not advertised). She drove about 45 minutes to meet us and made it their in time for our need, and did not at all charge extra for the drive, short notice, or weekend need. I could not be more grateful. Shaina was a god-send. Absolutely affordable, gracious and helpful during the process, and so understanding. THANK YOU!
