I love HEB but this curbside dept needs help. Every week I get food that’s rotten. Fruits, meats, vegetables, etc. this week it was $30 worth of hamburger meat. I appreciate the ease of getting a refund but someone needs to do a serious overhaul or training on how to pick fresh items.
always something wrong with the orders from this curbside. either rotten produce or completely forgetting large portions of your order.
The curbside at the Elgin HEB is not run well. Not sure what the issue is, but they are frequently late with my order. Last week you could tell they had started shopping once I got there, and I frequently get notices that they are running late with my order. Out of the many wonderful HEB curbsides in the Austin area that I go to, this one is the worst. Avoid using it.
Haven't been reviewing like I should, but today I stopped into pick up my order and Oliver was a great help. Found everything I needed online. Thank you!
The reason I rated it a one was because of the people that work inside pulling the groceries are rude they're just not yay act like I'm in your way I have never used the curbside service I'm just experienced on the workers inside pulling the groceries for the people and it's not a very good experience inside the store
