First let me say the service was A+... Had no issues there. Gas station. GUTHRIE'S ND stand alone GUTHERIE'S are definitely not the same.. This was the worst I have ever had. The fries were cold. The chicken strips were hard and cold and my sweet tea tasted like the urn hadn't been cleaned. Kinda tasted like mop water smells. Hope it wasn't mixed with mop water🤣🤣... Oh well.. In the trash it went. I'll know better next time.

What’s going on here today? ☹️ No coleslaw? That’s the only green vegetable side that’s offered. ☹️☹️☹️ We were at the drive thru for almost 15 minutes before our order was taken. ☹️☹️☹️ Did employees lay out today after last night’s Iron Bowl? ☹️☹️☹️ Yes—two employees called out. The employee at the window is very friendly and efficient. She deserves a raise! After 20 minutes, we got our food. Food is good. Wait was too long. No slaw is unacceptable. ☹️☹️☹️

I enjoyed my time at this location. The staff was nice and the food was good. The service was quick and I finished my food happy. Definitely will be coming back.

Nice service. Food cooked to order. Attached to a gas station. Tenders are super small but the signature sauce is delicious. They only have chicken tenders; fries, Texas toast, slaw. We stop here whenever we are traveling through but it seems like the chicken is getting smaller and smaller.

Here is the best of best franchise in US. and the black pearl staff is so kind.
