These people are great to work with. They listened and communicated throughout the job. They’ve turned my dull backyard with very little sun, into my very own oasis. I have shade plantings and artificial grass. Great work! Thank you.

Have to brag and show my flower beds! I followed the recommendations of the very knowledgeable team at Family Roots Nursery, they helped me choose the right plants for different light exposure and conditions, and just LOOK at the beauty! It will get even better as the plants grow and fill out more. They also laid a rock path to my chicken coop, which now looks much cleaner and pleasant, not to mention easy to access. To finish it off, they uprooted and cleared up a vast area invaded by brambles and weeds, stuff that I couldn’t do if I wanted to! I am absolutely thrilled for their work, suggestions, and overall awesomeness. Thank you, Jake 1, Jake 2 and Lindsey!

The first thing you notice about these guys (and gal!), is they absolutely LOVE what they do. They are well organized and equipped, knowledgeable, kind and show up when they say they would. With a smile, no less! They can get most any plant you may want (if not readily available at the nursery) and their prices are fair, the quality of their plants is far superior than big box stores and lower priced. We just had them tear up our front yard flower beds and prepare them for the spring by digging up the native clay and mixing it with rich and nutrient soil they prepare at their facility. A layer of pine bark mulch was then added to top off the beds. We’re currently having a consultation about which plants are best suited for our garden, and come spring we’ll certainly purchase all the plants

Our 1st visit included kids playing, a great variety of plants, soils, and landscape material and super friendly very knowledgeable people eager to help us design our home project. Looking forward to working with them this year to shape our home into a beautiful place.

The members of this family owned business are very knowledgeable and helpful. They offered us multiple suggestions for landscaping our home. Their plants are beautiful and well maintained. We will be back in the fall planting season. Their plans for the expansion area of the property include offering a u-pick berry field. They also have bulk soil, rock etc. Additionally they offer landscaping/planting services.
