Groucho's Deli

Ordered and picked up on my 30 minute lunch break. I didn’t have a lot of time and traffic in that area can be unpredictable during lunch time. They explained they forgot the drink and I was happy it wasn’t going to be watered down from sitting there. Well, Ice was melted in my “1/2 unsweet 1/2 sweet tea even though they prepared it after I was there to pickup my food. And I paid extra for an extra pickle? And a brownie. I’d been eyeing that dang brownie prior to finalizing g my order, and did not intend to order it however; at checkout, the website asked “are you sure you wouldn’t like to add the toffee blondie crunch for $3.29?” (Something to that affect) And I’m like… sure why not (bad choices, though I was trying to resist.) My *favorite Grouchos’s location🥇! *I like them all but this one is my fave Isaac (sp?) is so warm and welcoming and provides EXEMPLARY customer service. Food is delicious and was prepared perfectly as ordered. If you haven’t visited yet put this specific location on your “Must Try” list 🙌😜

Doesn't matter which Groucho's you visit, they're all fantastic! The Lexington location does have potato soup though. That 45 sauce is liquid crack!! Always friendly service.

Stopped at Groucho’s Deli during a long road trip, and it was hands-down one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in years. The food was genuinely disgusting — poor quality ingredients, laughably small portions, and prices that made absolutely no sense for what was served. Nothing tasted fresh, nothing felt worth the cost, and the overall presentation was sloppy at best. Service somehow made it worse. Staff were dismissive and borderline disrespectful, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the place exists. After a 13-hour drive, this was the last thing we needed, and it completely ruined what should have been a simple meal stop. Way to take the "deli" out of what should have been "delightful!" Great food, service and atmosphere. You can’t go wrong with their famous STP. If deli meat isn’t your thing, the Chicken power pita is amazing! And the sweet tea is second to none.
