Had an awesome experience with Carolina Elite Bar Services! Mike, led a private cocktail class for me and five friends, and it was fantastic. He walked us through several complex cocktails that we got to choose, breaking everything down in a way that was fun and approachable. We learned a lot, and he provided a really helpful pamphlet that we took home that will be helpful to refer back to at home. Great drinks, great vibes, and an unforgettable experience — highly recommend for anyone looking to do something unique with a group!

We had an incredible experience with Mike this weekend and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Mike hosted a private cocktail class for my wife and I along with four friends right at our house, and it was honestly one of the most fun and unique nights we’ve had in a long time. He brought all the alcohol and supplies, worked with us ahead of time on what we already had, and even let us choose multiple cocktails we wanted to learn. The best part, every single one was amazing. What really stood out was how natural and relaxed the whole night felt. It wasn’t a stiff “classroom” vibe at all. Mike fit right in with our group, played great music, and made the experience feel more like hanging out with a friend who happens to be an incredible bartender. I needed a great cocktail in a hurry for an advocacy event and Mike Blizzard came through!!! He made a potent, delicious beverage at a very reasonable cost. He included a nice sign showcasing the ingredients, sent me updates on the fresh squeezing he did and provided the perfect vessel for serving. It is very clear that he takes great pride in what he does and it shows. I can’t recommend Carolina Elite enough!
