Fix the damn potholes! Just blew a bubble in my tire from your negligence

In general they do a great job however the consistency in respect to my recycling pick up leaves much to be desired. I have now put it out three weeks in a row after being told the collection is the following week and yet there it sits on the curb. Now it is snowing again and I will look like the jerk if I leave it out there. So let's go see what they say this time! Yawn!

Had an emergency water problem. DPW immediately was dispatch and resolved my basement water backup! Two guys came and resolved the problem quickly.

These guys work diligently usually with older equipment but still get the job done! Been working hard on deerfield street for several months now! Please drive slowly around these workers! We all seem to be to much in a hurry!

Great work on the storm cleanup. I really appreciate how hard the folks worked to clear downed limbs despite cold windy weather. Thanks!
