Definitely authentic when all the patrons seated are Chinese. Decided to try out a few staples. Dumplings are definitely house made. My kids loved the mapo tofu! The corn soup is a big hit. All of the dishes were ordered was great. An FYI, a bit of a wait time for the food to come out. We'll definitely be back!

It totally worths our long drive! Very authentic Dong Bei food, no dish is disappointing! Would love to try bbq next time.

My husband and I have been curious to try this new restaurant and were blown away by how flavorful every dish we've tried is. We walked in and were warmly greeted by our server, Cindy. She is all smiles and unbelievably helpful in making sure that every dish I order is not spicy (as I am very YT and can't handle spicy food). If you want authentic Asian food this is the place for stews and big bowls of noodle soup, traditional pork shrimp and chive dumplings and BBQ skewers with incredible flavor (lamb, chicken, beef and squid). Be prepared for leftovers as the portions are large. My favorite dishes so far are the flavor eggplant, (I've gotten it both visits) and the pork and shrimp fried dumplings.

BBQ Skewers were very good. Dumpling were fantastic and one of the best beef and broccoli I ever had. Definitely will come back again!

I am native Chinese and have been living in New York for 20 years. I grew up in different parts of China and am familiar with different styles of Chinese cuisine. I have tried all the good Chinese/Asian restaurants that I can find in the Greater New York area. I found this restaruant on Google Maps last year by coincidence and have been coming back many times ever since even though it's a solid 45-minute drive from my house. The taste is amazing - my entire family loves it. The price is unbeatable. The atmosphere is homy and intimate despite its humble appearance. Highly recommended!
