Glaze Donuts (Located in Madison Plaza) 358 River Rd. New Milford, NJ 07646 Maple Bacon Donut Ring Ding Donut Located in this mini strip mall is an independent artisan donut chain. They a diverse variety of gourmet donuts. The only problem I had was having to choose because I wanted to explore them all. These are a couple of the donuts I selected: Maple Bacon: Originally, I was hesitant about combining a breakfast meat with a pastry. As soon as I took my first bite, I instantly fell in love with this unique creation. It had a sweet and salt taste. If you decide to try the maple bacon, you’ll have to wait until the weekend because it isn’t available Monday through Friday. Ring Ding: This is identical to a Hostess Ring Ding. The inside is plentifully filled with chantilly cream.

We spend the better part of autumn/winter searching for cider donuts. These didn't disappoint. We also had a blueberry cream and a bacon topped donut. Delicious!

The donuts were pretty average, and the cronut was very disappointing. It was hard and felt like it had been sitting on a shelf for a long time. The donuts felt overly sweet, and there was something off about their texture. I liked the service, but unfortunately, I can only rate it 2 stars out of 5.

Called the store to place an order because I live an hour away and I wanted to make sure they had the donuts that I like. I told the person on the phone I would be there before they closed (that’s why I called) I get there 10 minutes before they close and the store is closed already. I drove an hour to come here and made it clear to the person I talked to on the phone that I would be there right before they closed and they said that’s fine. Unbelievable I am so mad about this.

So I don’t normally do this, but I had no choice but to leave this review. Today, 12/17/25 at 10:20am I walked into the establishment to pick up a DoorDash order, and I was greeted by the most lively young gentleman I’ve ever met. He truly came across to love his job and enjoy what he does. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but I wanted to leave this review in hopes that his bosses would see this and praise him. He provided such a great atmosphere and prompt greeting. He was very pleasant and welcoming. And even offered a very pleasant departure wishing a happy and healthy holiday season! There are not many employees in today’s world with this enthusiasm and customer-oriented attitude. Thank you for this!
