SUSHI STORY

After hearing so much praise from fellow acquaintances, I decided to put in a take out order for lunch on a weekday. I used their website to submit the order. I ordered an eel avocado, a tempura roll, and a bulgogi bento box. Upon arriving at the store, I saw they had a small dining place with few tables. But the setup was cozy and cute. My was ready and a staff member handed to me right away. I loved the sushi rolls. They had solid quality rice and all other ingredients. Miso soup was delicious. The bulgogi bento box also had excellent beef, alongside rice, dumplings and edamame. I was impressed by their food and look forward to ordering more lunch meals from the restaurant.

Over the last six months, I have become a regular at Sushi Story, and it has never failed to impress me. From the moment I walk in, the welcoming atmosphere is evident. The staff, particularly the waitresses, are incredibly polite and always greet me with cheerful smiles. The sushi itself is a delight. Each visit, I explore different flavors, and every bite seems to surpass the last in taste. The sushi is consistently fresh, and the portions are just right. The menu offers a wide array of flavors, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. This place has become such a favorite of mine that I introduced it to my family, who reside in Yonkers, NYC. Definitely my most favorite Japanese restaurant ever. This is my go to place for sushi. I've been here so many times and will continue to come back. The food is always fresh, high quality, and delicious. It doesn't matter which roll you get - all of them taste really good. The service is exceptional. The waiters are super friendly. The restaurant itself is pretty small and tends to get packed especially on weekends and during dinner time. But worth waiting to get a table or getting take out.

I had a party for 49 people and ordered different type of food from different restaurants, but let me tell you… Sushi Story was by far the biggest hit. Everyone asked me where was it from… I am not a big fan of take out sushi, but this one was just outstanding. Highly recommended, specially if you need it for a party… you will thank me later. Btw- I meant to take pictures at the party but everyone just jumped on it before I could even try.

The udon noodles were perfectly cooked, offering my favorite kind of light yet flavorful taste. On a cold winter day, a sip of the broth truly warms and comforts the entire body. The rolls were also exceptional—a delightful surprise both in presentation and flavor. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and patiently answered all our questions with great kindness. I will certainly bring friends along next time to try more dishes from the menu.
