Green Door on 8th

Green Door on 8th in Dade City is an absolute gem. We started with the shrimp and grits, and wow — perfectly cooked shrimp with creamy grits and just the right amount of spice. It had great depth of flavor without being overpowering. The pork tenderloin with whipped goat cheese was another standout. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the whipped goat cheese added a smooth, slightly tangy balance that tied the whole dish together beautifully. And don’t skip dessert. The white chocolate bread pudding was the perfect way to finish the meal — rich, comforting, and 100% worth it. From start to finish, everything was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and clearly made with care. If you’re in Dade City, Green Door on 8th is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be back.

My husband and I went for a date night and this restaurant didn’t disappoint at all! When I say the Milk and Honey Pork Tenderloin is to die for I mean it’s to die for! By far the best pork tenderloin I have ever had! Mariah was our server and she was very attentive and wonderful to speak with. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a date night as it presents a different vibe than a chain restaurant and the food is top notch. Prices were good as well. We will definitely be back!

We tried Green Door on 8th the other day and WOW — everything was amazing. From the moment we walked in to the last bite of dessert, the experience was top-tier. The food was incredible, the dessert was next-level, and our server Brittney truly made the night. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcomed without being overbearing. This place is a gem. We’re already talking about when we’re going back!

This was such a great lil’ spot! The food was absolutely delicious. I had the shrimp & grits and they were amazing. Our waitress was great. In fact, everyone was kind- even the bartender. The only one complaint I have is that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. It was dirty- but it definitely smelled like the floors needed to be mopped. Otherwise, spot on!!

Great place for really good food. Jill was on point and very friendly. I only wish it was closer to where I live. You won’t be disappointed
