We recently stayed at Emberwood Manor, owned by Brett and Savanna, with our 8-year-old and the experience was absolutely incredible. The rooms and the property are truly gorgeous. Every detail feels thoughtful, peaceful, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you immediately exhale the moment you arrive. Breakfast each morning was fantastic with fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. One of our favorite parts was meeting all the animals and seeing exactly where those delicious eggs came from. It was such a special experience for our child (and honestly, for us too). Brett and Savanna are genuinely wonderful hosts. They are so warm, hospitable, and a joy to get to know. Our stay at Emberwood Manor was a perfectly curated experience, with every detail meticulously and thoughtfully planned. From the details in the "see you tomorrow" reminder email to the comforters on the beds matching their corresponding bathrooms' wallpaper, staying at Emberwood was a picture perfect experience. Beyond the artistry of the boutique bed and breakfast, and the clean amenities, it was truly the staff who pushed the experience to a 5-star stay. Manor Manager, Savanna, was the perfect host and made the check-in process seamless and the entire stay comfortable. She made helpful recommendations on activities around Dade City (the location was a short drive to downtown), provided a wonderful house and farm tour, knew all the local history (of both the town and the house (and trust

This was our fourth dinner at the Emberwood Manor and it was another WOW experience. These newlyweds, Chef Bret and Savannah, know how to make your experience both magical and memorable, whether you stay at the Manor overnight or come for a private dinner in the Chef’s kitchen. Chef Bret takes what appears to be a straightforward dish and makes it a true sensory experience. His artistry visually and on the palate is exceptional. Savanna has turned this historic Manor into a destination with its beautiful decor and welcoming accommodations. Staying at the Manor is on our bucket list for 2025. Thank you Bret and Savannah.

We stayed 2 nights in the Cottage, because we had our dog with us us. The room was cozy yet spacious, clean and accommodating. Brett and Savanah were amazing! Brett’s breakfasts were delicious, filled with local fruits and, vegetables. Our favorite part aside from the Inn were the baby goats! Oh my goodness, so precious. Brett and Savanah let us spend quite a bit of time with them…Heaven! We will definitely be back!

We shared an incredible dinner with friends at Emberwood manor. Chef Brett made one of the finest dinners we have had, his ability to groom the flavors from locally sourced material and design a menu that both had us begging for more knowing that we had already eaten more than we had for awhile. If you have the opportunity do yourself a favor and book a room and dinner. Then sit back and be amazed!!
