Greca Mediterranean Kitchen + Bar

Best Greek restaurant in CT! The food at Greca’s is amazing, truly some of the best Mediterranean cuisine I’ve ever tasted. My husband and I have dined at Greek restaurants in Boston and NYC and none offer a better dining experience than Greca’s. Dino and team do a great job offering a variety of choices, frequently changing their special’s menu and adding new and interesting choices such as prime rib dinner on Thursdays. In addition to traditional Greek dishes such as octopus and spanakopita (which are absolutely fantastic, as are all of the meze items we’ve tried), they offer more traditional dishes with a Greek twist. Each time we dine at Greca’s, it is a wonderful experience, great service and a welcoming atmosphere in addition to really amazing food!

We love Greca! They do a great job with their traditional Greek dishes and then really shine (IMHO) when it comes to fusion and unique takes/riffs. To me, that’s where their culinary talent n training shows. Just can’t go wrong here. Owner takes pride in his culture, in his hospitality and in his creations. Prices are good, portions are very nice, attractive plating, options for those with allergies, etc. We don’t go out to just eat, we go out to enjoy the entire dining experience- Greca delivers on that and never disappoints

We LOVE Greca!! We have been eating here practically since their doors opened. The food is spectacular and the restaurant is cozy and enjoyable to be in. What truly makes it my favorite is Dino, the Chef/Owner. His charm, warmth and generosity to share his culture and family's recipes with us is what brings us back over and over again. We are fortunate to have this little piece of Greece right here in New Milford.

We eat here about once a month and as my husband says, "never had a bad meal." Dino is the quintessential host: friendly and accommodating and he thoughtfully puts the menu together, buys the best ingredients (many from Greece, no less) and shares the history and culture of Greece, and amazing food with anyone who walks in. You are treated well and leaves happy. We're glad he's in our town!

A group of 7 of us went to Greca last night (8/23) for a friend's birthday dinner. Just under $500.00 & 2 hours and 16 minutes later we walked out a bit tired and disappointed. The waiter was friendly but rarely checked on our table, took quite awhile to get our drinks and order/receive appetizers and then meals. Waiter went missing but we spotted him behind the bar making drinks while the owner was behind the bar yapping to friends/customers.... (I'll assume our waiter was super busy because the "bartender" was behind the bar yapping to friends/customers....) Meanwhile we still had empty glasses and dishes on our table.
