Great Wok Chinese Restaurant

Submitted a large order ($200+) and they got everything right (even added in a little box of doughnuts which our kids super appreciated!). Everything tasted great. We order from here frequently. They have the best rice, too.

This is our go-to neighborhood Chinese takeout spot, and it never disappoints. The food is always consistent, hot, and delicious—exactly what you’d hope for from a classic New York–style Chinese takeout restaurant. The staff is always friendly and courteous, which isn’t something you can always count on at places like this, and they’ve never gotten our order wrong—a big plus! We order from here at least once a month, often more, and will definitely keep coming back.

Disappointed. I ordered their Dragon & Phoenix with NO MUSHROOMS. On the menu it is described as jumbo shrimp and chunks of chicken with a mixture of bok choy, mushrooms, snow pea pods, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Chicken was heavily breaded, water chestnuts and it was only the base, white part of the bok choy. However, they did add mushrooms, carrots, broccoli and over cooked scallops. I called them, they said they'd remake. I'll pass. Not confident they'll get it right. One of these days, I'll find a Asian restaurant in NC that rivals the on in my hometown- Ichiban (Bowie, MD)

I went walk in. I didn't have to wait too much. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered a combination or spare ribs.
