Most recently, they designed custom sugar cookies and a cake for our son’s 1st birthday party (Toy Story) and they were both gorgeous and delicious. We receive compliments on the desserts they’ve made for every party we’ve hosted and we are so thankful to have found such an amazing family bakery. I ordered my husband's birthday cake from here 'Death by Chocolate' and it was wonderful! It was very moist and not too sweet. Cake and icing complimented each other very well. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I will definitely return. Thank you!

I have ordered two cakes here recently. One for my 40th birthday and one for a bridal shower. These cakes turned out fantastic! Highly recommend. Raspberry filling and lemon fillings were super yummy.

Love ❤️ this little bakery! It is such a great addition to the Wendell community. I’m sad that Zebulon missed out on such a delightful business. They have a great variety of tasty treats. The owners, Bill & Katie are delightful and create a great bakery experience. It is in a great location to have a treat and explore the downtown area. Definitely adds to the charming Town of Wendell. My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Carter's Bakery Co. for our wedding. It was gorgeous and really good!!! We sat down with the owner to talk about designs that I found on Pinterest. We also ordered a cake tasting box prior to this which was DELICIOUS and helped us decide on what we wanted for our cake. Customer service was friendly, awesome, and willing to make it so special! I brought in my own flowers and cake topper and they took care of the rest.
