GQue BBQ Thornton

Visited yesterday. Loved it. We visited another location a couple years ago and it was not good. We were glad we gave them a second try and especially at this location. It was so clean and everyone was so friendly! Kelly checked us out and helped us navigate the menu. She was great! And Kelly the green beans were excellent!! Lots of parking, lots of seating, lots of choices. Accessible.

I’ve been dying to try GQue for years just never had the opportunity since I live up North. Today I found the GQue in Thornton. Food and atmosphere were perfect. I tried the “Meltdown” Sandwich. The cheese sauce was outstanding! Restaurant was clean and very busy for being 3:00pm. I’ve have tried GQue at Empower Field and have enjoyed the Nachos. Just wish we could get rewards for eating at the out lying locations!

My wife and I stopped by GQue in Thornton this weekend and were honestly so impressed. The barbecue was amazing, the brisket was super tender and full of flavor, and the mac and cheese was easily one of the best sides I’ve had in a while. I also wanted to shout out Yulisa, who was working when we came in. She was really friendly and patient, and made sure we had everything we needed. She helped me sign up the first time we visited and was super nice about it. I came back today to claim the free pulled pork sandwich, and it did NOT disappoint. We’ll definitely be back!

Went in tonight, a couple days after the grand opening to give it a try because I've heard good things about the other locations and was not disappointed! When you walk in its very nice! Clean, upbeat and includes a full bar, outdoor patio and ice creamery! The staff was kind and upbeat. Management walked around greeting most people. I was disappointed that neither manager stopped to check on us, but I'll survive lol. We tried the pulled pork sandwich and The Nashville Hot smoked and fried chicken sandwich. We also got the seasoned fries. The BBQ pork was extremely good! Topped off with the "Hottish" sauce, was definitely a good choice. I can see why its a popular choice. This was my first time at GQue BBQ in Thornton, and overall it was a good experience. The brisket was a little dry, which was a bit of a letdown, but everything else hit the spot. The mac and cheese was creamy and tasty, the seasoned fries were perfectly crispy, and the beans had great flavor. The highlight for me was definitely the hot wings with blue cheese — absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of heat and tang. I’d come back to try more of the menu!
