Gourmet Cup Espresso

THE BESTTT COFFEE IVE HAD!!! The sugar cookie mocha is my FAV. Just moved to WA and ive been going around trying out different coffee places, including in Seattle and none of them beat this place so far.

Its hard leaving bad reviews for local places. But I just paid $16 for two large cups of ice and milk. Even when asking for additional shots. There is no way the extra shots were added. Absolutely no coffee flavor at all.

I’ve been here a few times, which I always felt that they way overcharge but it was convenient so I kept going. I just can’t get over how not only will they not fill up the coffee to the top... But they are charging $.50 PER ONE OZ of half and half!! A 64 oz container of half and half costs less than $5 so if they are charging that much they are making $32 on one container of half and half. That is really gross business practice to overcharge your customers like that. Starbucks doesn’t even do that and they give their employees benefits 🤷‍♀️ When they stop ripping off their customers, I will come back.

Wow! You’ve got some rude and extremely lazy baristas working here. You have 3 people working in there and not a single person greets you when you come to the window? Told my husband to drive away, after sitting there for 2 minutes and not a single one of them looked our direction, they’re all just standing there doing nothing and chatting. There was 1 other customer at the opposite window, you’ve got 1 girl making coffee for that person (she also didn’t even look over at us) and 2 girls doing literally NOTHING! Pay attention! You have customers at the window. I tried coffee here the other day and it was disgusting, worst coffee I’ve ever had. I have tried to like this place as it’s close to home, thus convenient at times, but after today — no more. The coffee is overpriced and subpar, and the young women who work here are flat out rude. Instead of even asking if I wanted change, they just dumped my money into their tip jar. No thank you, no nothing. At least ask or better yet give your customer their change and let them decide what to tip you. I prefer to tip based on quality of the drink and service. Frankly, to keep the change w/o permission is stealing. Super shady.
