Extremely upset with CPA Craig H. When my husband introduced himself to Craig about doing our taxes we were quoted a price of 500 and were told it included the appointment that day. The whole encounter took approx 1 hours maybe a few minutes more. When we picked up our finished taxes we were told the fee was 720 dollars!!!! When we questioned this he told my husband that the “hour “ appointment was 3-4 hours and he had to charge for his time. I know for a fact that appointment was NOT 3-4 hours because I was waiting for him. How can you quote a price for services and then inflate the price over 200 and then lie about it.’
