McDonald's

Terrible. EVERY time I've been here, they've 1) messed up the order (forgotten 1-2 items), 2) given me poor quality food/ drink (burnt burger, a wrap with all the sauce on one end, flat pop, etc), 3) been disrespectful when I've tried to have my order corrected, and 4) made me wait for over 5 minutes at the drive thru window. I'm from out of town and have only been there 4 times in the past 4-5 years, and it's baffling that the experience could be so awful every single time!

Got the orders for 4 people right and it was super quick. Strawberry shake wasn't available but they let us know right away and gave us replacement options. Burgers were warm and the fries were crispy.

Such a friendly place to be greeted with a no loitering sign and to limit your visit to 30 minutes max. The restroom was a wet humid swamp that needs to be fixed and cleaned. Not a single employee said a word. Not even when they tossed the food on the counter and ran away. Not sure that I would return. There are better restaurants. The burgers were unusually chewy. But the blueberry pies were surprisingly good.

Please be kind to those in the fast food industry. I wish I had taken a picture of my cheese burgers I had ordered, but I had to change my review after my recent experience there. My cheese burgers were so neatly wrapped and looked like they could have been professionally photographed for an advertisment I literally didn't want to eat it because it looked so perfect. But, yeah. Anyways, they were also very friendly and courteous when bringing my food. The McDonald's employees don't get enough credit for what they do. Especially during this COVID crisis. Great work!
