Honestly, I really like this café, but the service isn’t consistent. Some days it’s great, but during busy times the quality drops. I’ve received the wrong order several times, and sometimes I don’t even get a chance to explain. I also think the order handoff process needs better organization. Having a clearer system, like separating the order line from the pickup area, would really help. I hope they work on improving this because the café has great potential.

Great coffee shop! My husband and I both ordered their house made chai! Yum! Definitely recommend. Nice and clean ambiance. Lots of seating! Service was quick and friendly. Had a great experience.

This place is wonderful. I honestly love everything about it. The space is beautifully designed and super cozy, and the coffee is incredibly good. I always ask the barista to make me something they personally love, and every time it’s delicious, even if it’s a syrup I wouldn’t usually go for (saying this as a fellow barista). The staff here does such a great job. I’ve noticed a few of the girls looking a little tired sometimes though, and I think people should definitely start tipping more) I love that the pastries are creative and feel quite natural. I also really appreciate how eco-friendly and pet-friendly this place is. It’s always clean, and the overall vibe is just comforting. I recommend this café to everyone I know. I haven’t found better coffee in Cleveland yet.

Charming and authentic coffee shop in the city — cozy, relaxed, and full of warmth. Great, calm and relaxing music, a welcoming atmosphere, and just the right vibe to unwind. Laptops are welcome, making it a perfect spot to work, read, or write. Clean and well-organized, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light that gives the space an open, airy feel. I’d definitely come back!
