What a great little place to enjoy a good lunch in the town of Ballinger, Texas! The enchiladas were tasty! They had a fajita buffet and they were delicious! Service was excellent. Staff welcomed you and owners were very present and involved greeting customers!

Read a few reviews to be sure I wasn’t the only one with my experience. Similar to others, the expectation of what you would think would be authentic Mexican food seemed to be lacking. Our spanish rice was very bland. Asked for medium rare steak and was over cooked. It was difficult to chew and over seasoned. The pork in the tacos Al pastor was as bland as the rice, and lime didn’t even come with it, which is fine but would recommend the owner to add this to the dish. What was great was the beans and nachos! Presentation is on point and is what brought us in from others photo reviews. Our server was very kind and accommodating. We stopped in this great place because we were all hangry! The staff was so nice. They were very accommodating and friendly. There food was fantastic. We also enjoyed the chips and hot sauce while we waited. The locals were so nice and friendly. We were informed about the history of the place and the possible sighting of Norton the local ghost that haunts the restaurant every now and then. We really enjoyed this stop on our journey home. Be sure to stop and enjoy a meal.

The best food in Ballinger Texas. If anyone tells you different, they don't know what they're talking about. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Chicken strips and seasoned fries don't sound like anything fancy but they are the best I've ever had. Thoroughly enjoy all the American and Mexican options here. Amazing sweet tea too. Been going here for 12 years.

Hands down the BEST sour cream Chicken enchiladas I've ever had. You can tell they take pride in how they make it. The flavor was unbelievable. We will definitely be back!
