Tried the newly opened Brecksville location. Great service and friendly staff. Place was packed and selections were limited but their doughnuts are excellent. Dough is light and fillings are tasty. Parking has always been tight at this location but the drive thru helps move things along. Hope they make a go of it because this exactly the kind of local business that every community wants.

I had some time to waste before work, so I decided to stop in. Parking was a tad tight, but everything else was great! The two employees at the counter were super kind and helpful, since I was new to this cafe. I ordered an Oreo brownie (yum!!) and an ice bumblebee latte (banana, vanilla, and honey!). Food and latte came out quick, store was clean, and everything was delicious! I will be returning!!

My husband and I went there on a recommendation from a friend and we regret it. We got two apple fritters which were both burnt and did not taste good but the worst part of we both got so sick after eating these. It was the only food item we both ate that day and within each of us eating one we were both very very unwell. Overall for the price, the poor quality of food and the food poisoning I would absolutely not recommend.

Donuts are ok but not worth the price! $3.50 for a stale braided donut that’s ridiculous service was nice and friendly and the place is clean but the quality of the food needs improvement for the price that’s being charged.
