Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

Family and I ordered almost 200.00 worth of food (6) Large Oxtails on 4/1/2026 food was good portions was on the small side for what we paid. Just wanted to reach out to the owner to say if a loyal customer spends almost 200.00$ at once supporting your business at least offer a juice water or something minor for free to show the appreciation! Not a good look for a business. And please don't make the portions any smaller it's very expensive for the portion size

Service is terrible, the woman have very nasty attitudes and it makes you not even want to eat their food because of such poor customer service. I called to ask a question and i was met with disrespect. This is a small community I think we should be more generous towards paying customers!

I was genuinely disappointed. This was my first time going to Golden Crust and it will be my last. The restaurant was completely empty when I arrived, yet I waited nearly 10 minutes before being acknowledged. For a take-out establishment with no customers inside, that delay was unexpected. When I was finally assisted, the interaction felt rushed and indifferent. There was little effort made to provide even basic customer service. I ordered a Goat & Potato Roti dinner along with two additional pieces of roti. The dish I received did not match what is typically described or expected. Instead of a properly assembled roti dinner, I was given a small container with a minimal portion of goat, no potatoes, and the roti wrapped separately in plastic wrap. Food is great,but the customer service is very poor and that's bad for business have a meeting with your staff.

Their service is trash. Everytime I go there they always get my order wrong and it's because they're always rushing to take ppls order instead of just taking their time to listen to what ppl are saying and they always have an attitude. Would not recommend
