Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

This was my first time back since new ownership took over and I have to say that I am pleased with the changes. Gone is the staff smoking out front and they all seemed very nice. The food was warm and tasty and I particularly enjoyed the fried chicken. I wouldn't normally equate hot dogs with Golden corral but on a whim I picked up one of the hot dogs in the spinny thing and it tasted very good. The food area was refreshed often enough that none of the food I got was cold. In fact the majority of it was very hot. So great job to the ownership on improving things compared to when it started years ago. My one critique is that for the entire time we were there, we never saw a waiter come by to pick up our plates. By the end of the meal our table looked like a war zone. You can judge for yours

I remember stopping by after the restaurant had closed for good and seeing someone inside. The gentleman invited me in and told me it would reopen, and my happiness went beyond words. My husband, child, and I go to Golden Corral every time we are in Manchester, and we did so again today. I loved seeing how many people now have jobs thanks to this wonderful business. Your porcelain plates add such a positive touch, and not only were your employees incredibly kind, your customers were amazing as well. There was even a moment when the plates ran out, and when they were brought back, everyone was so patient and pleasant. You’ve truly made this place feel magical. All you can eat, 2 adults...about $55 without tip. Plenty of food, it just wasn't terrific. Poor food quality. Server, Raven (sp?) was very good. He got a good tip, he earned it. The individual who served steak, wasn't good...seemed overwhelmed and didn't like his job. Maybe it wasn't his fault completely...management should have had 2 servers at the steak station. Took away from the overall experience. Not sure if we'll be back.

Came here for the first time with my boyfriend and it was pretty great. I had cheese fries, pizza and chicken and he had chicken pork, rice and pizza which were all pretty good ESPECIALLY the red velvet cake. The only thing that was disappointing was the soft serve choc ice cream, it tasted a bit flavorless but overall the rest was good.

Every meat look like it's been sitting there for eons. I got cake because it's my birthday and every single piece that I grabbed was dry no matter what style of cake it was, DRY CAKE! The bread and the cornbread were hard. The egg roll was hard. The pot roast was in the pan with no liquid.. weird very weird not appealing at all. Worst Golden Corral that I've ever been to it's not normal. You can't see any of the food until after you've already paid and then walk to the back. I didn't even bother to take a picture of the travesty here. Happy birthday to me.. 😐
