Golden Chick

We go here all the time because their food is normally amazing. However, today was a different experience. The tenders were old and dry. The rolls we received were wrinkled, dry, and stale. As soon as I took a bite I had to spit it out. I’m not sure what changed today but it needs to go back to the way it used to be.

Went to the golden chick in gun barrel city for dinner at 6:15 pm check 2057 the store was clean we ordered the cashier was nice took the order correctly. Gave us our drink cups first no ice had to go back to the counter to get it second no unsweet tea back to the counter. Out order came in a timely manner but not what we had ordered a two piece fried but got backed pointed out to the manger he did correct that when got to the table missing extra roll and husband had 6 chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. Got the tenders and massed potatoes by this time we were over it we will not be back

Got my girlfriend just a tea extra ice and a cup of ice. When she poured hers into the extra ice. A hair was in her drink. Staff wasn't clean to begin with when I drove up. Watched her put the cup in the freezer for the ice. She gave me a 2 cup carry out for 3

I ordered 24 wings and in fried okra. Well okra had 15 pieces. The wings half wicked and lemon pepper. Start eating on my way home from Gun Barrel and a long hair was in my wings 😭.
