Goji

I cannot say enough about this place! The food is absolutely amazing! I ordered the chocolate lovers bowl and I can tell you, it did not disappoint. Absolute perfection.

Goji has been open on Asbury Ave for a couple years now but I had never tried it until my girlfriend suggested we get juice for breakfast. Even though I feel like juice is a silly breakfast, I agreed and we drove in to town. Inside, the place is spotless. I know it is new but they d a really good job of keeping the place clean. I have actually never seen it all that crowded and I wonder if it is the location or healthy nature of their fare that keeps people away. I got a vegan granola bar and "Kooler" cold pressed juice. Both were really good and the juice came in a jar that can be returned for a discount on a future purchase. The granola bar was different but tasty. I discovered this place today and had to share my experience. After debating what to get for lunch (everything is healthy and appealing!), I finally settled on a kale salad with beets, roasted sweet potato, and walnuts with a creamy Dijon dressing. For some reason, though, my credit card wouldn’t process. (I was on my bike and only put one in my pocket for the ride.) The kind young woman said they had been having issues with the machine. After trying it herself several times, she went to talk to her manager. When she came back, she told me the salad was on the house! I said I couldn’t accept that, but she insisted. I ate it back at my rental house, and it was delicious! I plan to go back tomorrow for the food and the amazing hospitality. Thank you, Goji!

Great vegan options! I was so excited to eat it, I forgot to take a picture of it. So I took some pics of what was in the cold case. If I come back to OC, I will definitely return here.😋

The bowl and smoothie were great, but the single staff member was outstanding. With a full store, she handled professionally. Hats off to the young lady.
