AMAZING gluten free cake!! My husband was recently diagnosed with celiac. We were both really sad we couldn’t get his annual birthday Italian Rum cake. On a whim, I went into Girlie’s Cakes and asked the owner if she could make a gluten free cake for us. Even though she has never made a gluten free Italian Rum cake before, she agreed to take on the challenge, and boy are we glad she did! The cake was absolutely amazing! We will definitely come back for more!

Me and my mom went in here for the first time. We got a gluten-free vegan lemon raspberry bar. I actually questioned whether it was really gluten-free because it was delicious. I have had gluten-free desserts and they did not compare to this. We also had the unicorn party cake in a jar. The cake was so moist and delicious.

The baked goods that come from this lady's oven are so delicious, and in such generous portions that I can't recommend her enough....my favorite are the blueberry cakes. Holy moly; they are divine; exploding with fresh blueberries, the perfect blend of tart AND sweet, and so filling. I could eat them all day long if it were possible! Love this bakery. :)

I don't post reviews nearly enough, but my wife got me an Italian Rum cake (not on the menu, but a special request) from here over a month ago, and I am still thinking about it. When I was diagnosed Celiac, I thought I'd never have a good Italian Rum cake again, which was devastating as it had been a birthday tradition with my now deceased parents. But Girlie's came in and saved the day. I can't recommend Girlie's enough. Whether you're remembering the good old days, making new memories, or celebrating both, Girlie's Cakes Bakery has your back. Even though she usually requires a 72-hour lead time, Alysse was able to accommodate my gluten-free order for my daughter’s 15th birthday. My daughter and her best friend, who has celiac disease were both very happy with the cupcakes.
