Gidget's Pizza & Pasta

We did take out and glad we did. Place was busy but what impressed me was the delicious smells as soon as you enter. Did 8” pizza with mushrooms and sausage. Crust crispy and just right. Used fresh mushrooms which made it even tastier. Perfect for one person. Also ordered Spinach Rolls which was out of this world. Lasagna noodles done perfect and wrapped around spinach and ricotta. Topped with mozzarella and the marinara sauce was exquisite. Balance of herbs and tomatoes tasted like tomatoes and not the tin taste you get from other local places. Small fresh salad accompanied the meal which honestly could easily feed two people. The place has a small bar which we did not try. Outstanding customer service and super friendly.

We came here last trip and ate in, this time we got the pizza to go. It’s so good, if you ever wanna open one in Central NC I’d be visiting!

This is always our first stop as we head into Hatteras. We call in our order and pick up the most delicious meal to have whe n we get to the house. No worries as we unpack. The food is always unbelievable. Do not skip on the salads, they are unreal. There is always enough food for leftovers as well

Pizza was better than average, dining area was nice. Staff was helpful and refilled drinks regularly. Unfortunately I do have to dock a few stars on the rating. Was excited to see a cheese slate but many items were unavailable and I had to pass. May I suggest a chalk board that lists out what’s available instead of being in the menu? I can see how the supplies for these items could be difficult to obtain but it’s confusing for the customer and the staff it seemed to verify what is on hand.
