Genesee Pizzeria

Had a great visit! The hostess greeted us immediately upon entering and seated us at a quiet table for two. My girlfriend ordered a small personal veggie pizza, which she said was "Delicious!" I ordered the penne sausage with vodka sauce, and it was amazing! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this restaurant!

We tried Genesee Pizzeria for takeout last night and were overall really happy! 🍕 😊 We loved the flavor and taste and doneness of the pizzas. I’m kind of picky about my crust and I feel like a lot of places it’s more done than I like. Not here - loved this crust! Only two disappointments - one was the menu says it’s cup & char pepperoni which my husband was so excited about and honestly a big reason we decided to try it here. I didn’t look at pizzas until we got home unfortunately, but it was just regular big pepperoni. 😭 The other thing is that the size is exaggerated a bit unfortunately. The two 16” pizzas we ordered were under 15” for sure and one was close to 14” - that doesn’t sound like much, but in a circle shape, it adds up. We thought 2 large pizzas for $40 would be good for 5 adu

The family and I were heading to Letchworth State Park and decided to get something to eat before we went. So we decided to stop here. I've heard good reviews about this place so we decided to try it. Let me tell ya. The pizza and wings were really good. The place is gorgeous on the inside and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We have 3 young children and they were very nice to them so we will definitely be back.

We decided to eat in the bar and watch the football game. We were not greeted when we entered the bar, even though there were only two other people there. Football was not on TV so we asked for the game which she complied with somewhat grudgingly. Another employee came into the bar and we asked him if we could have a little bit of volume. He turned it up, no problem. Bartender, (Mel) Came back into the bar and promptly turned the TV down. Two other gentlemen joined us at the bar, she never greeted them. No hi how are you doing? I’ll be right with you, etc. When you finally acknowledge they were there it was with the what are you drinking? I think the girl needs another job where she doesn’t interface with customers. Update: Ordered take out because our first experience was so good and am now confused. Our pizza wasnt right and our wings were slimy/undercooked. My kiddo picked it up and said the person they interacted with wasnt very charming. Kinda bummed. First time here and we were blown away. It's classy without being pretentious. The staff is beyond amazing and the food....I don't even know where to begin. The pizza was the perfect date size. The crust was amazing. We had the Philly cheese steak and mmmm mmm mmmm. My fiance had jamaican jerk wings and I had Cajun. The wings were cooked to perfection. The blue cheese was out of this world. To finish off we had Irish cream cheese cake nom nom nom. It was heavenly. We had adult juice boxes that were also fantastic. The prices were super reasonable!!
