General Coffee Co in Morristown has a sleek, modern vibe and truly premium coffee. My cappuccino was rich and smooth and really hit the spot. Portion-wise, the small size is noticeably smaller than at most other coffee spots, so the value feels a bit off. The space is bright and stylish, nice for a quick stop or grab-and-go. Big downside: no restrooms, a real bummer if you plan to sit for a while. Update for Shop’s comment: Had the small doesn’t feel like 8oz tho, hence the feedback. When asked for restroom access code, Barrista said that is not accessible for customers and it’s for some apartment upstairs, if there is any other restroom available then Barrista missed to inform the same to us.

An upscale, nice coffee shop that's better than Starbucks for sure. But it lacks seating and is more of a grab and go than a place to enjoy your coffee. The sweet treats are quite good and the coffee is tasty. Worth a pop in if you're on the Morristown Green looking for a quick coffee.

If you’re a coffee lover then you need to check out General Coffee Co in Morristown, NJ. Located right on South St. just a few steps from the Green. Beautiful interior, great pastry options, and specialty coffee drinks. I had the mint mojito cold brew, and it was one of the best cold brews I’ve had in a long time. General is an absolute premier coffee shop, definitely stop in.

Stopped in to check out the newest coffee shop on the green. The cinnamon vanilla cold brew was good but I had to add a lot to get it the right cup for me. This isn’t a coffee shop you hang out in per se, it’s definitely an order and keep it moving place. That said the coffee was better than Starbucks, but there are other coffee places in the area that are better in my opinion.
