Great place but missing light fruity flavors. The gelato tasted fresh, Very heavy and creamy. Limited set of flavors but very organic. Recommend green tea.

We made Gelatos and it was so much fun! Very clean place and the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The gelatos were delicious!!

My wife and I took the class. We're expert-level ice cream/gelato gluttons, but when it comes to making it we're neophytes just beginning to dabble. We read the description and had been looking forward to this as an educational date for some time. Hard to call it a class. At $80/person for ~45 mins, it was almost insultingly basic. We cut vanilla from a pod, weighed some liquids on a kitchen scale, squeezed an immersion blender. The liquids (gelato base, egg mix) and other ingredients (dextrose, caramel) were pre-made and provided without context. Our instructor was attentive and very nice, but softball questions ("what's in that?", "how'd you make the caramel?", "what's that machine you're using do?", "why dextrose?") got cursory responses. "Emulsifiers other than eggs?" she just ignore

Their affogato is delicious. I used Belgian cookie gelato and it was amazing. Price is a bit high but it is a great treat occasionally.
