We had Kyle do our taxes - don't expect to get a response from him after he takes your money and you have a question. Especially after his prices have skyrocketed from 2021-2022 tax years. I emailed him(twice), left him a voicemail and then talked to his secretary twice who assured me he would call back with a response. Today, I called again. Well, from when I first reached out on May 31st and today(2 weeks later), I finally got a partial response after calling AGAIN 2 days before the bill in question was due and there would be penalties tacked on by the IRS. Once again, I had to call and pretty much harass them to get a response before my bill date. I was told by his secretary that Kyle is just very busy with his "Business Clients".
