Collier’s Cafe

Collier’s Cafe sits on a corner plot and was flooded with sunlight making it a warm and inviting place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, pastries, teas and coffees. There is plenty of seating and the walls are adorned with beautiful local art to purchase. In the back there is a good sized seating area for 8, a comfy sofa and even a high chair for the little ones. Bri (owner) was absolutely fabulous. She made us feel very welcome. Ally was super friendly and smiley. We ordered the Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte, Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate, Single Origin Honduran, Coffee Blend and Toast with Butter. I am not really a hot chocolate kinda person but their hot chocolate was rich and decadent without being overpowering. The velvety taste transported me right back to Geneva (Switzerland). Cute corner cafe in the town of Pittsford. It’s in a great location with stores nearby to walk around after grabbing coffee. The inside is more spacious than it looks from the outside with plenty of seating. The service was pretty quick and the staff were friendly. I got a breakfast sandwich. The eggs were freshly made and the croissant was flakey. The food was reasonably priced. The only complaint I have is that the ventilation wasn’t too great, so the smoke from the kitchen was stuck on my clothes when I came out. But overall I enjoyed coming here and would come back again.

Nice staff, appropriate prices, and the food is pretty good! It's not super fancy — I think that's a welcome change among indie cafes. The one-star reviews must've been expecting something much different than what Collier's actually is

We got the snickerdoodle latte, strawberry lemonade, cold brew with house-made salted caramel syrup, and the buffalo chicken wrap. Everything was PHENOMENAL! Everything is so fresh and local, all the syrups are made in-house, and the service and owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and warm. It’s a very cozy spot with natural light, beautiful art, and a great atmosphere. Whether you’re here for a quick cup of coffee to go, a sit down coffee date, or a study spot it is a wonderful cafe perfect for Pittsford. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Pittsford needed a spot like this!! The lavender honey latte was delicious! The carrot cake cupcake hit the spot! The service was impeccable! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she was such a sweet soul. The drinks are handcrafted, you can taste the care and perfection that goes into them with each sip. The fresh florals on the tables, and local artwork on the walls make this place a bright, vibrant spot to grab coffee with a friend, or work remotely. I cannot wait to watch them continue to thrive!
