My first time to Galloways did not disappoint! I have been hearing about them for years and finally decided to check out the hype. I got both a 1/2lb of the mini jelly donuts & a chocolate cream pie. WOW! That chocolate cream pie might be the best I’ve ever tasted!!! Almost reminded me of Grandma’s (former restaurant in Cortlandt Manor). And the jelly donuts- amazing! Ample jelly & pillowy softness. Can’t wait to go back and try other things!

The mini jelly donuts are truly the best in Westchester. Fresh. Soft. Just the right amount of powdered sugar. I came all the way from Las Vegas to get one. Didn't disappoint. Worth the trip!

Galloway Bakery is a classic neighborhood spot with old-school charm that’s hard to find these days. It’s a long-standing bakery that focuses on doing things the traditional way, and it really shows in the quality of their baked goods. The pistachio pound cake was excellent—moist, rich, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. You can really taste the pistachio, and the texture was spot on. Simple, comforting, and done right. Good to know before going: cash only, and they’re open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Definitely worth planning a visit—I’ll be back to try more.

The mini jelly donuts are unbelievable and for those alone this place deserves ten stars! Now for the pies. Consistently very good. Can’t say I haven’t had delicious equally great pies elsewhere but I never regret what I get from Galloways. They really excel at the cream pies…. Chocolate and banana. I’m also partial to the crumb topping pies and enjoy the peach apricot during the Summer months as they offer something a little different! Rainbow Cookies are good but haven’t tried to much else.

It’s small bakery that looks like it’s been open for many many years. They take cash only, however, there is an ATM inside, which you will need your physical card it’s not a tap ATM. The DOUGHNUTS ARE THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD. I believe they are yeast donuts, filled with raspberry jelly, tossed and powdered sugar. If you’re lucky you’ll get a batch that has a little bits of crunchiness from being fried every time I pick them up and share them people go nuts lol they’re that good.
