Fusco's has the BEST water ice! It's crisp and refreshing, and not overly sweet...just the right amount of sugar. The pieces of lemon rind are delicious too. I ordered the 5 gallon container, and it was more than enough, so I'm really happy to have leftovers. I also love that it's authentic Italian from a local, family owned business. So glad it's back!

Ordered a water ice, maybe we were unaware that a spoon and or straw was required??? The flavor, NONE! Basically served me flavored shaved ice.

The best water ice around! Made fresh with simple ingredients and packed with flavor! Just like the way it was when I was growing up! I enjoy the slightly watery consistency, and it's easy to walk and enjoy by the cup! The cherry was the best I've ever had, and the Luxardo cherries really make this a standout. The Lemon was made well with a little rind, A+++!!! Thank you!
