Fuji Japanese Restaurant

I stopped by to order take-out. They made my food so quickly and it was amazing! I had hibachi chicken & shrimp with fried rice and also picked a Volcano Roll. Both were delicious! I will definitely go again!

Some people said that it's a great place with the best sushi. I had sushi: the spicy salmon roll was very fishy, and nigiri were ok. The hibachi looked and tasted like it was steamed and tossed in a sauce. Do not get ginger dressing - it's carrot water. The waitress was not sure about menu items, but she was attentive.

My wife and I discovered this place about a year ago, and it quickly became our favorite local restaurant. The ambiance of this place is pleasant, and the staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. However, lately, the food quality has taken a turn; the place we once loved is now mediocre at best. Sushi no longer tastes fresh, dirty silverware, and the quantity of sides is now cut in half. We have tried several times to give them the benefit of the doubt, and the food only gets worse. Although the location is convenient, I would rather take my money elsewhere and be served quality sushi.

We stopped by for lunch on our way back home and the food, service and atmosphere was great. The staffs are attentive and restroom was clean. We enjoyed our food and had great experience.

You know when you go somewhere and you tell the person in the business that you’re in a hurry and what can I do to make sure that this doesn’t take too long. As we traveled through town, we spotted Fuji Japanese restaurant walked in and spoke to the hostess, she was quite pleasant and assured us that it didn’t seem busy. Once seated, we had the pleasure of working with Samantha. She had her that we were in a bit of a hurry, we felt heard that help us to take a breath take a breather and just relax. We had some questions about the menu for Samantha and she thoughtfully responded remembering that we are on a timeline. The place was clean. The restrooms were sparkling and the menus were specially new and not sticky. Our food tasted authentic, and overall it was a gold nugget of a find! Re
