Fuji Japanese Restaurant

We went here for my daughter’s birthday. Was easy to make a reservation on line . The chef was friendly engaging and fun. It was just us in the restaurant. My son ordered sushi said it was excellent. I ordered the salmon and shrimp hibachi. Everyone else had the steak and shrimp. They said it was also very good. The salmon was so fresh and delicious . We all enjoyed our choices they also brought out ice cream at the end of our meal and sang to my daughter. We will definitely return. It was a fun time for all of us. I highly recommend this place and it’s close by win-win win 🏆 . Prices are fair

I have to say, this really is some of the best sushi in town. I've had my fair share of sushi experiences (including in Japan) and absolutely love this place. Prices are also the best around and portions are very large. My favorite from here is the King Kong roll and the special crazy spicy tuna roll. Thanks for fantastic sushi, Fuji.

A quaint little Sushi and hibachi restaurant! Sashimi Deluxe dinner was fresh, sizes proportional and priced for value. Hibachi filet minion and seafood dinner also good value for price. Friendly service and a BYOB so what’s not to like! Go here!!!!!!

We've been going here for many many years getting sushi platters to celebrate. Always reliably delicious and fresh sushi. Love the food, love the staff (family who runs it). If you love sushi, and support mom-and-pop businesses, then this is perfect for you.
