Protein brownie a little too dry for my opinion but the flavor and walnuts are good just make sure it’s more moist lol UPDATE: I re ordered it and it was soooo good and not as dry! Really enjoyed it !

We visited Fuel Cafe today with a group of six friends to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most wonderful dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Kelly, the owner, was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. You can truly feel her heart behind this place. She didn’t just serve food — she cared for us. Her hospitality made our celebration feel even more special and personal. The food was outstanding. This is my favorite restaurant and has been since I first started going here in 2017! The food is delicious, the menu is huge and every thing that I’ve tried (and trust me, I’ve tried a lot) has been nothing short of amazing. There is something here for everyone - plenty of vegan, gluten-free, keto, low-carb, and high-protein options. The restaurant is clean with adequate space to sit and the staff is super nice. Also, the owner, Angela, is a sweetheart. This place gets bonus points because my husband “hates healthy food” and could live off of McDonald’s but was so impressed when I showed him this restaurant, he asks to eat here all the time now. I’m definitely a big fan & will continue ranting and raving about this place.

Have been visiting for 3 years consistently. The operating fee is silly. That comes out of the tip to the server, so you know. There have been flies hanging out around the food on the table. What i thought was enjoyment from my meal had me in the bathroom when I got home 20 mins later. The food wanted to get out of me so quickly; highly unusual for me. Something is off. The flavor is there, but the quality is lacking these days.
