I was waiting for this bakery to open as I've heard many good things about Afghan bread in general. Its safe to say the bread at this location far exceeded my expectations. The lady behind the counter was very patient with me, even as I asked what i thought was the most stupid questions about bread and cookies. I went with the pistchaio cookies and they were soft and delicious. They're not sweet and as im trying to lose weight that was perfect for me. But for someone who like very sugary cookies may not like them. The plain cake was not too sweet either but it was very delicious. Its perfect either with tea or coffee as it just melts in your mouth with some liquid. The best item was the flatbread which was HUGE! You can see how large it was compared to my hand in the picture. Had a great experience at Kochi Bakery. The owner’s daughter was extremely kind and even gave us some free cookie samples. The smell of fresh, homemade bread hits you before you walk in—and it tastes just as good as it smells. The bread is amazing, the cookies are delicious. Wishing them lots of success!

The butter cookies are some of the best i had. Not too sweet, so it pairs perfectly with Coffee or tea. The flat breads are fresh, soft and delicious. So happy you guys are local. Welcome to Hicksville

Kochi Bakery Hicksville is conveniently located in a shopping area that offers complimentary parking. The bakery is just newly launched and offers great varieties of freshly prepared bread, cake & biscuits that are prepared in-house. Bakery is neat, clean and well organized. Staff is very caring & friendly.

The bakery has some amazing variety of afghan cookies and bread! They make fresh bread every day. My most favorite are the cream rolls they are love!
