We went here last Friday for the seafood bar. When being seated, we noticed how dirty the place was. In fact, we had to stand there awkwardly as they cleaned our table before they sat us. There was a used fork just laying out in the middle of the aisleway by our table, gross. The seafood bar was not as good as past years. The fish seemed small, and was mushy. There were maybe ten tiny overcooked shrimp left, and never was refilled. The ranch dressing sure doesn't seem like its the same ranch they used to have. There were a few other empty things that we never knew what was supposed to be in them because they were not refilled. Also, no longer had any dessert on the bar like in past years. On top of all that, the price had went up. Very disappointing. The only positive is that our server d

It's one of the last remaining stores so there's a following for the die hard fans. Call it a value chain (at least what it used to be) as it's ok. 12.99 for a fried seafood "platter", $6 for 13 pieces of fried pickles. 4 people eating burgers, fish, and a kids size dessert set us back $90 (no soft drinks). Favor was mid - nothing earth shattering. Again, if you like the nostalgia - enjoy! Otherwise, there are better alternatives.

Food was Luke warm at best, sat in window for at least 5 or more minutes before the waitress got it together. The sausage links were extremely salty and very tough like the sat all day and it was around 11:00 am when we ate. The smash burger was Luke warm and really dry. Fries were cold as usual. Waitress acted like it was no big deal. The gravy was cold as well. Really ad experience. The cook was climbing on the counter in the kitchen and didn't even lean it when he was done. Nasty. They really need better management and better quality of food and service.

Coming from Phoenix, a stop at Frisch’s is a mandatory tradition for us every few years. I was saddened to hear about the recent closures, so we made sure to stop in during this trip. The Super Big Boy platter was exactly as I remembered—that tartar sauce is still truly special! Unfortunately, the service didn't quite match the food. Several items were forgotten, and by the time our full order finally made it to the table, the initial plates had already started to cool. We also had to ask for refills on lettuce and soup at the bar as it was nearly empty. I truly love this brand and hope they can work out the service kinks, because I’d hate to miss out on my Big Boy fix the next time we're in town."Coming from Phoenix, a stop at Frisch’s is a mandatory tradition for us every few years. $70 for a family of 4 to now eat here is absolutely outrageous this company should be ashamed of themselves. Drinks no longer included in meal unless you go thru the drive thru. $3.50 a drink is insane, prices and food quality is inconsistent. Shut them all down fr!!
