Customer Reviews
I asked for double cream cheese and paid an extra $1.99, and I didn’t even have a whole tablespoon of cream cheese. $6 for $1 of product. Horrible.
When my wife and I lived in another state we were introduced to Einstein Brothers and loved them. This location is about 2 miles or less from our house but we have been reluctant to try because it is on the campus of NKU. This morning I tried to go ahead and try it. Parking was limited and I found the visitor parking, which costs 2.50 for the first 30 minutes and is a good distance from the library (though after leaving we were not actually charged). Upon arrival at the library I inquired where the Einstein Bros was and she told me third floor, but it is closed for the summer. This review is not on the quality or service of the restaurant, but on the struggle in getting to it and the lack of information that it is closed during the summer. For NKU students I am sure it is great, but if y
I am in the same boat as many other travelers. Please make it very clear on the Google Maps location of this Einstein Bros that it’s in a college building or on a college campus. Many people would avoid driving here if they knew that. I even read a comment where one person said the place was on the third floor of a building. It’s not easy to find and not very welcoming to the non-college student. Please add in the title of this Einstein Bros that it’s in NKU college. Once done, I will be happy to update my rating.
Just as an FYI to others, it's closed during the summer months when the University is on holiday (regardless of what Google maps says) **one star only because Google forced a star review to post, not EBB fault they take vacation**
Everyone was nice and helpful. But that was the worst cold brew I’ve tasted in my entire life. The bottom was full of coffee grounds. Go to Starbucks or dunkin and cold brew with a half cup of almond milk and spelenda is delicious. That was the worst coffee I’ve had.
