Five Guys

No longer eating here. They changed the sizing of their fries to cut cost. You all should just raise the prices instead of cutting quantity. (They now put your fries in a bag. They'll tell you its the same size as the old cups but THEY ARE NOT). My picture is literally all they put in the fry bag.

If you leave here hungry, you're doing it wrong! The atmosphere is fun with its red and white color scheme. The restaurant was clean. They have tall and short tables. The staff is friendly. Our wait time was very short. There were peanuts to snack on, but we didn't wait long enough to need them. Our burgers, with their huge number of topping choices, were absolutely yummy! They're huge, too. I love that I can get grilled onions and mushrooms. No extra charge! We opted to share a large order of the fresh cut fries. There are so many and they taste so good! You can choose from the self-serve fountain machine or bottled soda. Five Guys also has shakes. A+

They lied! They say their fries are double fried so that they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. WRONG! I have gotten them twice in the last week and both times they were not even warm and soggy as if they had been sitting there for a couple of hours. WhenI pay 3.98 for a small fry, I expect it to be somewhat edible.....not left over from lunchtime!

The food is excellent. Five Guys always delivers there. The burger is the classic American cheeseburger. The regular is two patties, and the little burgers are one patty. Lots of great topping options. Fresh-cut fries are awesome, and they give you a bag full. I like to get a side of bbq for the fries. Service was good. Everyone was smiling behind the counter which is always nice. The restaurant was clean. It was mostly family-friendly with the exception of a somewhat racy photo in the men's bathroom. Great location next to NKU. Plenty of free parking.

Love to see a staff laughing and having fun while doing their job well! Everyone was friendly, burgers and shakes were delicious, and the restaurant was very clean.
