Friendly's

Hockessin Friendly’s- I have lived in this area for more than 35 years and have only been here 3 times. the first time door dash delivered my food and the experience was the worst but I know the Friendly’s brand so I said I would go in. My son and I went in and sat down. Best experience ever. It was so clean the service was great and friendly and the food was amazing. A little expensive but it was worth it. This last time I ordered on the app and picked it up. Another wonderful experience. Service and food top notch. Thank you for the employees that you hired. They clearly know what they are doing and value their jobs.

I love Friendly’s! The service is fast, the food is good and the ice cream is incredible. I had the Munchie Mania this visit and it hit the spot.

Best kid friendly restaurant. I wish so many Friendly's weren't disappearing. Hopefully the ones remaining are well run and stick around for a long time. My kids who are now in their twenties loved it when they were little, both worked for Friendly's in their teens as did many of their cousins. It's my four year old favorite place to eat as well.

We were there this evening. They had no heat. I'm not sure why we stayed, but we did. I ordered clam chowder. "we just ran out." So I closed my menu and ordered a sandwich. I didn't say anything but I guess our server knew I was annoyed. She said "I don't appreciate the attitude." I have never, in any restaurant, ever heard a server address a customer like that. She took our order. Another server brought our food, checked on us twice, and cleared the table when we had ĺinished our meal. She was polite and friendly. The first server returned, put our bill on the table and walked away without saying a word. I wondered who got the standard tip that my husband left. You should know that both of our meals were delicious.

I dined in the other week with my granddaughter to celebrate her fourth birthday and she had a great time. She got an included cup of ice cream which was so generous and everyone was friendly our whole meal.
