Friendly's

Our server was exceptional however the quality of the food was not. It wasn’t the classic Friendly’s experience we grew up with. As a former server at a different location 25 years ago things have changed. On a positive note the ice cream is still delicious. Maybe they having an off day. It’s a roll of the dice here.

Don't go here!!!! First the service is horrendous. We waited close to five minutes before we were seated. Hardly greeted at all. We sat down and given menus, then when ordering was told half the things we wanted were not in stock. There were two other tables at the time. It took 45 mins for the food. After our meal the kids wanted ice cream. They have barely anything. Ran out of ice cream. No hot fudge. How the hell does Friendly's run out of ice cream?! Waited another 20 mins for two kids sundaes. This place was a nightmare. I absolutely discourage anyone who wants to eat here!! The worst part of the entire thing was there was no soap in the woman's bathroom!!!! So people/ employees have gone to the bathroom and not washed their hands. Disgusting.

Came in on Saturday at 9:00pm. There was only 1 girl actually working. The rest of the workers stood around laughing, screaming, and cursing. Terrible atmosphere. Took 15 minutes for me to get an overpriced cake cone when there was no wait.

Came for a quick dinner with my 9 year old son between basketball games. Our food came quickly and our server Londen was great. My son said - lets tip him extra for being so nice.

I haven’t been to Friendly’s in years due to moving away. I decided to treat my grandson to lunch and it was exceptional! The beef barley soup was hearty and seasoned perfectly. My grandson devoured his sliders yet we both saved room for ice cream. Amanda took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager visited our table as well which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for making our lunch perfect!
