Fresca Tequila Bar & Grill

I have been here a few times as I wanted to see if it got better with time, but unfortunately it has remained consistent. Positives: the atmosphere is beautiful and the wait staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Also it's great to have a Mexican fusion restaurant in the middle of a few small towns when there is nothing similar around. Opportunities: service is super slow (and not just one time, but multiple times I've been there now and we waited over an hour just to take give orders), the food and drinks are mid, and the menu is all over the place (I understand the fusion aspect, but it's fused with so many different things it is easy to see why the food is just okay.) Overall, if you are in the area, it's not a bad place to eat. But I wouldn't go out of my way.

We hosted my sisters Bridal Shower here and it was perfect! The margarita bar was the perfect addition to the party and the food was amazing. Everyone had a great time. I would recommend Fresca for anyone looking to host and event! The staff was so friendly and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed

Perfectly thin, not overly salty tortilla chips with fresh made salsa. Fried Brussels with Korean dipping sauce, Street tacos- grilled fish, ahi tuna and Korean beef barbacoa. Skinny spicy jalapeno margarita. Even the rice was fluffy and tasty-usually rice does nothing for me. Waitress was great. Fun vibe and decor!

Went to celebrate a birthday, and everyone loved their meal. We were in and out in 70 minutes, we had reservations. Table was ready right on time. They gave A free piece of cake to the birthday girl! Will go back for sure, may check out the bar area next time.

We’ve been here a hand full of times, and this time was with a party of six. We were immediately greeted at the hostess station and given the option of outdoor or indoor seating. Since it was a beautiful day, we went with the patio outside. It was lovely! The waitress was super attentive, and professional. I had the house margarita with salt and it was delicious. I also ordered the grande burrito with barbacoa (shredded beef) and it was packed with all the goodness you’d expect from a Mexican restaurant. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. We had a great time and we’ll definitely be back.
