Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

A little better than fast food options. The smash burgers were very good, and the custard looked amazing. Wish I had room left for dessert. The fries are like McDonald's fries, only even skinnier -Im personally not a fan of that cut, but they were hot and a huge serving. Definitely split an order!

First off, this review as all are is based on my opinion of my experience. First time to a Freddy's. The atmosphere is old time shake and burger joint styling with modern appointments. Staff was great, although we couldn't hear the callout for our food. Inside was very clean including bathrooms - note that they are one person bathrooms. Price was ok. Some things that dropped my stars are the fries. They were good but there is so much that half got thrown away, seems like a wasteful proportion and I watched others do the same. I got the steak bacon sandwich which I thought was going to be a burger. It was more like a steakum sandwich. There was so much salt somewhere in the sandwich that I could hardly taste the meat. Way over priced and honestly the burger won’t too good. Not my first visit to Freddy’s but this was my worst…

It was my first visit and it was great. The service was nice he helped a lot. I don’t normally like matchstick fries but these were hot and fresh and crisp.

My husband and I have been to several of the Freddy's locations, both in Knoxville and Bowling Green KY and have loved it every time until we visited the Freddy's in Powell. It was a new location very close to our home and we were very excited. However, we have tried this resteraunt 4 times and every time it was terrible. From service but most of all the quality of the food. It has been cold, as if it was sitting for hours, wrong order, twice and then it was so soaked in grease we've thrown the whole order away. We will not revisit this location. It is such a shame for such a great place to be run so poorly. Please get someone who cares about the franchise in there.
