Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I ordered a burger, tots, a concrete turtle custard with a drink. Drive up windows were covered in disgusting food and greasy prints. Got my food and the tots were soaked in old grease and not even cooked through!! My custard was mostly melted with whip cream on top- horrible experience! All greasy!!

I tried Freddy’s today for the first time and the food was fresh and good. I loved the seasoned tots and the patty melt was great also. The main reason I’ll be coming back to this restaurant is the customer service. The staff in the drive through (Gideon, I believe is his name) was so nice and personable. He recommended me to get the fry sauce and I’m so happy that he did because it went perfect with my lunch. I’ll be bringing my family next time 🫶🏾

I love this Freddy's. I've never had a bad meal and the service is always top notch. The food is always hot and delicious. The ONLY bad thing is, it's too far away. I live in Columbus and have to drive all the way to Opelika to enjoy this wonderful place. Whoever owns this franchise or corporate should really consider building a Freddy's near the Columbus/Phenix City area because then I would be able to enjoy it more frequently.

Food is always great! This time I had my roommates dog in the car and they asked if we wanted a pup cup with peanut butter! Of course! We both thoroughly enjoyed our food from here! The service is always top notch here! I love a Freddy's, no matter how far I have to travel to eat at one! The flavors are so reliable!

The food was fine other than my hamburger having cheese on it, though I ordered without cheese. The service, however, was excellent. The server was very polite and really made me feel welcome.
